At Hey Bud, we know that life doesn’t always go to plan. If something comes up and you can’t make your appointment, just give us a shout as soon as you can.
Consult cancellations
Because our days fill up quickly, late cancellations mean another pet misses out on the care they require. That’s why we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, the longer the notice, the better though! Cancellations made within 24 hours of your consult will incur the consult fee, as that time was set aside just for you and your bud.
Surgery and procedure cancellations
Surgery days take a whole lot of behind-the-scenes planning, lining up the right people, prepping resources, and making sure everything’s in place for your bud’s big day. Because of this, we ask for at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice will incur a cancellation fee.
Our kindness clause
We know our buds’ humans juggle a lot, and sometimes life throws curveballs. If a genuine emergency or unexpected illness pops up, we’ll always take that into account with kindness and fairness, and work with you to find another time that suits towards you, and your bud.
